WINDOW CLEANING
Window cleaning forms a large part of our business due to the cost-effective way in which glass facades can be cleaned on high rise buildings.
HIGH ACCESS CLEANING
Rope access is ideal for high access cleaning as it reduces the cost for traditional forms of access.
With the current limits to potable water consumption we use treated non-potable water to clean external facades and other surfaces as required, prior to the preparation of external surfaces.
SURFACE REPAIRS
Our trained technicians specialize in all known surface and structural repairs. We can identify the different repair methods required where dealing with hairline cracks, crazed plaster and mapping as well as repairs to plaster cracks and spalling repairs where reinforcement of the mortar is required. Surface repairs will always be bridged with fibre reinforced paint to limit the recurrence of cracks.
TAP TESTING AND CONDITIONS SURVEYS
Rope access is a cost effective preferred form of access when required to do tap testing and condition surveys to the external plastered surfaces of building facades. Once the conditional survey is completed we identify sections to be removed and remove sections of delaminated plaster, concrete etc. and prepare the surface to receive new mortar.
All our technicians are trained and certified with the use of leading suppliers of construction chemicals and follow recommendations and specifications to ensure correct application procedures.
BUILDING ASSESSMENT
Our technicians are trained to assess surface and demarcate areas for repairs. Rope access is far more cost effective to conduct building assessments in preparation for quantity surveyor to formulate bill of quantities for remedial repairs.
After we have assessed the external facades we also provide the client with detailed schematics to highlight the areas and quantities for repairs.
TOWER ACCESS
Rope access is the preferred access method for towers and stacks. With ease of access all repairs and inspections can be completed at a reduced cost. All rope access methods and requirements are adhered to when developing a fall protection plan, safeguarding the client against any liability claims.
JOINT SEALING INSTALLATION
Our rope access technicians are familiar with all structural and decorative joint seal replacements and installations. We specialize in v-joint repositioning and sealing, expansion joint repairs and sealing as well as protrusion and decorative joint sealing with all major supply brands.
ANCHOR POINT INSTALLATION
Anchor units (points and plates) are installed via rope access by our trained technicians. We also offer pull test inspections of rope access anchor points using rope access. Both newly installed anchor point units and testing of existing units include a year valid certificate from date of service.
COATING APPLICATIONS
Our trained technicians are equipped to apply acrylic, epoxy and specialty coatings as per all major coating suppliers in Southern Africa. The only difference between rope access and traditional forms of access is the reduced time frames in which hard to reach areas can be completed.
Rope access is also less obtrusive and access gear are stored away and out of sight after every shift. We adhere to all terms and conditions when planning coating applications on every project.
